These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the baj888 online betting platform, available at baj888.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by baj888 ("we", "us", "our", "Operator").
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") represent that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply in addition to any specific promotional terms, game rules, or bonus conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional term, the specific promotional term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total betting turnover a Player must achieve using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. |
| "PKR" | Pakistani Rupee — the currency in which Account Balances and transactions are denominated on the Platform by default. |
| "Prohibited Conduct" | Any action described as prohibited in Section 9 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion and automated betting. |
To register and maintain an Account on baj888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
baj888 does not knowingly permit persons under the age of 18 to register or gamble on the Platform. If we discover that an Account is held by an underage individual, the Account will be closed immediately and all deposits will be returned, subject to applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures. No winnings will be paid to underage players.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested. You must select a unique username and set a secure password for your Account.
Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices, IP addresses or payment methods to circumvent this restriction — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated Accounts being closed without prior notice.
The Operator is required to conduct KYC verification to confirm the identity and age of Account holders. You will be required to submit valid identity documentation — which may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence or equivalent document — before your first withdrawal is processed and at any other time the Operator deems necessary.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in persistent cases, Account closure. The Operator may also request proof of payment source and proof of address documentation as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time verification codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified baj888 of a security breach promptly after discovery.
The Platform accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of your deposit. Available methods are subject to change. The Operator does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific payment method.
References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only. baj888 does not claim that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling, and their mention does not constitute confirmation that they are available for use on the Platform at any given time. Always check the Platform cashier for currently supported options.
All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits received from unverified, third-party or mismatched payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.
Deposits are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) by default. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, the Operator will apply a conversion rate at the time of processing. The applicable rate will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after your Account's KYC verification is complete and all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals will be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the Operator does not make payments to third-party accounts.
The Operator reserves the right to process withdrawals using the same method as the corresponding deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method, before releasing any remaining balance via an alternative method. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. The Operator will communicate indicative processing windows within the Platform cashier; however, external bank or payment provider processing times are beyond the Operator's control.
The Operator may delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided; (b) a pending bonus wagering requirement has not been completed; (c) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (d) the Account is under investigation; or (e) the withdrawal conflicts with applicable AML obligations.
baj888 offers promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, loyalty rewards and other promotional credits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where relevant) and time limit are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Illustrative examples shown on the Platform (such as "8x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 minimum deposit") are examples only and do not represent the live terms of any current promotion.
Bonus Funds and free bets not used within the expiry period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will be automatically removed from your Account. Expiry timers begin from the date and time of bonus activation, not from the date of deposit, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Operator monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets to trigger a bonus without genuine intent to play, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account and, in serious cases, pursue recovery of funds already withdrawn.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including removing bonuses from Accounts where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe the offer was claimed in breach of these Terms. Where a promotion is withdrawn without cause, any Bonus Funds already credited and used in good faith will not be retrospectively clawed back.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport or casino game in question, as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing the bet. These rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, and the treatment of postponed, abandoned or otherwise affected events.
All bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at any time before settlement, including where there is evidence of misuse of pricing errors, irregular betting patterns, or any other circumstance that may affect market integrity. This includes cricket markets covering PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, Pakistan bilateral series and other sporting events.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or the Operator's designated data provider. In the event of a discrepancy between a broadcasted result and the official governing-body result, the latter shall prevail for settlement purposes. The Operator's settlement decisions are final, subject to the formal dispute process described in these Terms.
Where a bet has been accepted at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a technical fault, human input error or data feed failure, the Operator reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. An "obvious error" is a price that a reasonable person in the Player's position should have recognised as incorrect.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on baj888 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where Prohibited Conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the Operator may: suspend or close the Account; withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation; forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from conduct that breaches these Terms; and/or report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baj888 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator takes reasonable steps to maintain availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which baj888 is licensed to operate, as notified to users from time to time. The Operator does not represent that the Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful or available in all jurisdictions.
Pakistani users are reminded that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any subsequent legislation. baj888 does not claim Pakistani government authorisation, licensing or regulation. By accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you accept sole responsibility for compliance with your applicable local laws. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedure communicated within the Platform's support documentation. In all cases, the Operator's decisions on game outcomes and bet settlement, once final, are binding subject to demonstrable technical error only.
baj888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where practicable, notifying Account holders via email or an in-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance in accordance with these Terms.
